Our “TOP CLASSIC PARTS LLC” Return and Warranty Policy is Simple

We stand behind all of our products and will do everything we can do to make you happy.  Returns and Warranty means, If a part is damaged in shipping, please contact us within 30 days and we will replace it for you free of charge. Please include your invoice or order number and a picture of the damaged part.

We offer a 2 year returns and warranty for any parts related to manufacturing defects.  Simply contact us with a picture of the part and you’ll receive a replacement for free.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason within 30 days we’ll give you a full refund minus our original shipping costs and bank charges upon receipt of the item in original condition (within 30 days….).  

There are two important details:

1. The Purchaser has to pay for the costs of the return shipping

2. Wrap item in original packaging

Improper Returns

Excluded from our warranty are any parts that are damaged due to misuse or improper return packaging. When you return a product in contravention of this policy (and where you do not have any other legal right to return the product) we reserve the right to refund a portion of the purchase price in accordance with the severity of the improper damage.

Special Returns Policy

TOP CLASSIC PARTS LLC will refund or replace any item if the following criteria is met.

1. Item not received: you did not receive the item you paid for, and if you are an international customer, if the item is not waiting at the local customs for your timely pick up.

2. Not as described: you received an item you paid for but it is significantly different from what was described, this includes for example:

  • You received a completely different item.
  • The condition of the item was misrepresented i.e you bought the item said “new” and the item was used.
  • The item was advertised as authentic but is not authentic.
  • The item is missing major parts or features which were not disclosed in its description when you bought the item.
  • You purchased three items but received two.

3. Item was damaged during shipment.

Eligibility Requirements

You have a dispute time of 30 days from date of payment. Email us directly and confirm the problem so we can resolve it.

Proof of damaged or defective parts.

If the item was properly described but you don’t want it after you received it and it is still in packaging unused. You need to pay for the shipping, our bank fees and customs duty if any.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please note that it may take some time for the process with the refund.
