You can tell a lot about a company not when things go good, but when things go bad. I ordered a mirror housing for my Mercedes and received the shipment very quickly. When I went to install, the two mirror halves didn’t match. I contacted the company via email and they emailed me back within 30 minutes. They said if I would mail the housing AND my mirror, they would make sure it was assembled correctly with the correct parts. They assembled my mirror on Friday and I got it back on Monday. Great!
